Useful information to include: the markets and broker categories covered, the properties being
maintained, and which fields are currently researched by hand.

## What happens next

1. **A short scoping call** — markets covered, fields needed, where the data comes from today.
2. **A sandbox key** — API credentials against example data, so an integration can be tested
   before anything goes live.
3. **Access terms** — agreed once coverage and volume are clear. Nothing is charged during
   scoping.
