These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BrokerMeta.ai and any related websites operated by Whole Digital L.L.C-FZ, trading as BrokerMeta (“BrokerMeta”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About BrokerMeta

BrokerMeta is developing data infrastructure for the online broker ecosystem.

Our website provides information about our technology, data services, APIs, integrations and related products.

BrokerMeta is not a broker, financial institution, investment adviser or trading platform.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on this website constitutes:

  • investment advice;
  • financial advice;
  • trading advice;
  • a recommendation to use any broker;
  • an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial product; or
  • a representation that any broker or financial product is suitable for you.

Broker information shown on the website is provided for informational and demonstration purposes only.

You should independently verify any information relevant to a financial decision.

3. Broker information

Broker product information can change frequently and may vary according to jurisdiction, legal entity, account type, client classification and other factors.

BrokerMeta aims to improve the accuracy and consistency of broker information, but we do not guarantee that all information displayed on the marketing website is complete, current or error-free.

Unless clearly identified otherwise, example API responses, broker records, pricing data, spreads, licence numbers, risk warnings and other product data shown in demonstrations may be illustrative rather than live broker data.

4. Broker relationships

References to brokers do not necessarily mean that BrokerMeta has a commercial relationship with, endorsement from or approval by that broker unless expressly stated.

Broker and regulator names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Early access and future services

You may be able to register interest, join an early-access list, request a demonstration or contact us about future BrokerMeta services.

Submitting an enquiry or joining an early-access list does not guarantee:

  • access to the service;
  • a particular launch date;
  • availability of any feature;
  • availability of any broker dataset; or
  • any particular pricing.

Paid API or software services may be subject to separate subscription terms, API terms, data licences or enterprise agreements.

Where separate terms apply, those terms will take precedence in relation to the relevant paid service.

6. Permitted use

You may use this website for legitimate business and informational purposes.

You must not:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
  • introduce malicious code;
  • use automated systems to overload or disrupt the website;
  • impersonate BrokerMeta or another person;

“BrokerMeta”, “BrokerMeta.ai” and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.

We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their:

  • content;
  • availability;
  • privacy practices;
  • security;
  • products; or
  • services.

Accessing a third-party website is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The marketing website may also contain experimental or pre-release features.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

  • the website will always be available;

  • use of BrokerMeta information will improve search rankings, AI visibility, traffic, conversions or commercial performance.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrokerMeta and Whole Digital L.L.C-FZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or economic losses arising from use of the marketing website.

This includes loss of:

  • profits;
  • revenue;
  • business;
  • data;
  • opportunities;
  • goodwill; or
  • anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Where cookies or similar technologies are used, they will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic communications requirements.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as BrokerMeta develops.

The current version will always be published on this website with its effective or updated date.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the website.
